Cancellations
To initiate any order cancellations please contact us at help.jenishservice@gmail.com
We will be able to cancel the order from our end before dispatch. Since orders are dispatched within 24 hours, we will be able to assist cancellation within 18 hours once the order is placed.
Cancellations post dispatch are not possible as courier partners cannot cancel the shipment once it is scanned and leaves our warehouse facility.
Returns
We do not accept returns since these are personal grooming, mother & child care, and domestic appliance-related spares that involve the hygiene of customers.
We accept returns in case we have shipped wrong or incomplete products from our end. Such issues should be notified within 7 days of product delivery.
In case the customer has ordered any replacement accessory that does not match the product owned, we will not accept returns. Hence kindly match the model before ordering any spare accessories or contact us before placing the order and we will assist you will finding compatible spares.
In case any customer is eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer also needs to save the receipt or proof of purchase.

If any return request is accepted, it will be handled based on either of the two scenarios. First, you arrange for the return shipment to be sent to us at at our location. Second, we will arrange a reverse pick-up in case we have shipped the wrong product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Charges towards reverse pick up and new dispatch will be borne by the customer if an incompatible product is ordered. Charges for reverse pick up and new dispatch will be borne by us in case we have made an error in packaging.
Refunds
In case it is a prepaid order and we are unable to fulfill your order due to pin code unserviceability or the product being out of stock, we will initiate a refund. We will provide a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We will send transaction details once the refund is complete from our end.
Damages and Wrong Product Delivery
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you on a case-to-case basis. Damage or related issues like missing spares will be considered within 7 days of product delivery.
Exchanges
All the replacement accessories on the website are original and segregated based on product model numbers that are unique and match with respective specific accessories alone. Hence, the issue of exchange will ideally not arise.
However, if a customer has ordered the wrong replacement accessory, please initiate an exchange request by contacting us via WhatsApp chat. Such requests should be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
Subject to exchange request approval from our end, you will need to arrange for the shipment to be sent back to us at your expense, or in case you want us to arrange a reverse pick up we will pass on the chargers. Upon receipt and inspection of the product from our end and subject to the availability of the new required product, we will ship the same. The differential charges of the first shipped and second shipped product as well as any shipping charges will be adjusted in order value.
